“Coming from Lyon, the French food capital, I have selected the best quality seasonal products working with French and local suppliers, keeping the food simple but enjoyable for every palate. Tartines are slices of toasted organic bread topped with a variety of ingredients. We have created a menu around our most famous products such as the rillettes or the Brie de Meaux.
